Irish Exporters joining Japan Festivities
 
The Asia Trade Forum of the Irish Exporters Association  is delighted to host an event on Doing Business with Japan on the morning of April 30th in Newman House, St. Stephen’s Green.    We have an outstanding line-up of speakers including David Coughlan, Havok Software; Alan Keogh, Vistakon/Johnson & Johnson; Eoin O’Higgins, Tokyo Electron; and Donogh McHenry, Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard who will share their experiences of doing business in and with Japan.  The seminar will be chaired by the Irish Exporters Association President, Colin Lawlor.  This business seminar takes place in the middle of the Japanese Golden Week Festival and will mark the end of a month long celebration of Japanese Culture in Ireland. Irish Exporters joining Japan Festivities

Ireland’s ‘Hanami’ is taking place this year on 13 April 2014 at Farmleigh in the Phoenix Park.  ‘Hanami’, or flower viewing, is the centuries old Japanese custom of families and groups all over Japan coming together to enjoy springtime, especially the beautiful ‘Sakura’, or cherry blossoms.
